Our story
A Shop San Bernardino Already Knows
Sterling Auto Repair has been fixing cars in San Bernardino long enough that a lot of the community already knows us by name. We built that reputation the old-fashioned way: one honest repair at a time.
When something's wrong with your car, we take the time to explain exactly what it is and what it isn't. If a repair isn't necessary, we won't sell it to you. We'd rather earn your next visit than pad an invoice.
We're open six days a week, Monday through Saturday, so getting your vehicle back on the road doesn't have to wait for a weekend.
- Honest diagnostics: we won't sell you work you don't need
- Long-trusted name in the San Bernardino community
- Patient, clear communication on every repair
- Open six days a week
What customers say
“Great customer service from start to finish. They were extremely helpful, took the time to clearly explain what was wrong with my vehicle, and walked me through the services they recommended. I really appreciated their honesty and patience.”
“I have had work done there three times now for different issues. On one occasion I thought that I needed an oil pan gasket or a head gasket replaced, but they checked it out and told me that I did not need to get any work done after all. This place did not do needless work on my car. I trust them more than any other auto repair business.”
“Went here and they knew exactly what to do and fixed my high RPMs, and also told me what the other guys did wrong. This is my place to go from now on — really awesome customer service, which is rare these days. Thank you guys!!!”
